Ingredients: WHEAT flour, sugar, raising agents (monocalcium phosphate and sodium bicarbonate) and salt.

Contains gluten.
May contain traces eggs, soy, milk products and nuts (almond).


Packaging: paper sachet.
Net weight: 300g

Store in a cool and dry place, away from light.

Preparation:
Ingredients: 1 sachet of scones mix, 1 egg, 50g margarine, 1dl milk. An egg yolk or milk for brushing.
(All the ingredients should be at room temperature, preferably use medium size eggs).
1. Preheat the oven to 220ºC and grease a baking tray.
2. In a bowl, add the egg, margarine and milk to the content of the sachet. Mix quickly with a spoon or with your hands until fully blended.
3. Shape around 12 scones with a spoon or your hands and place them on a baking tray. Brush them with egg yolk or milk glaze. Bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from the tray and serve warm.
