Sponge Cake Mix
Try the traditional sponge cake recipe with Branca de Neve Sponge Cake that always comes out well!
Branca de Neve Sponge Cake Powder Mix
Ingredients: sugar, WHEAT flour, starch, raising agents (disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate), glucose syrup, emulsifiers (E472b, E477), SOY flour, salt.
May contain traces of eggs, milk products and nuts (almonds).
Packaging: paper sachet

Store in a cool and dry place, away from direct light.
Preparation:
Ingredients: 1 sachet of cake mix (435 g), 4 eggs, 2 tbsp milk (All ingredients should be at room temperature)
Baking instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 180ºC and grease a 24 cm tube cake tin.
2. In a bowl, add the eggs and milk to the cake mix. Whisk together with an electric mixer on low speed until combined. Then mix on high speed for 5 minutes. Pour into the cake tin.
3. Bake for about 30 minutes. Check if the cake is cooked, remove from the oven and turn it out after some minutes.
