Branca de Neve Chocolate Cake Mix
Ingredients: sugar, wheat flour, starch, cocoa (5,6%), raising agents (disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate), humectant (E420i), glucose syrup, emulsifiers (E472b, E477), soy flour, salt, flavouring.
It contains gluten and soy.
May contain traces of eggs and dairy products and nuts (almond).
Packing: bag in cardboard case.
Net Weight: 450g
Store in a cool and dry place away from direct light.
Preparation:
Ingredients: 1 sachet of cake mix, 4 eggs, 125 g margarine, 100 ml of milk. (All ingredients should be at room temperature, use preferably medium size eggs).
1. Preheat oven to 180 ° C and grease a 24cm tube or non-tube cake tin (or 25cm loaf tin)
2. In a bowl, add the eggs, margarine and milk to the cake mix. Whisk together with an electric mixer on low speed until combined. Then mix on high speed for 5 minutes. Pour into the cake tin.
3. Bake for about 35 minutes. Check if the cake is cooked.
Remove from the oven and turn it out after some minutes.
Note: If you don't eat the whole cake in one day, keep it covered with foil to not dry out.
