

Vanilla Custard Cream Mix
It can be served as dessert, filling
pies, cakes and desserts or aromatize sweat breads and cakes.
Branca de Neve Vanilla flavour Custard Cream dry Mix
Ingredients: starch, salt, colours (E100, E160a(i), E150a, E120), flavouring.
May contain traces of cereals with gluten, soy, eggs, milk products and nuts (almonds).
Packaging: plastic sachet in a cardboard box

Store in a cool and dry place, away from direct light.
Once prepared, preserve in the refrigerator and consume within 48 hours.
Preparation:
Ingredients: 2 tbsp of custard mix (23g), 500 ml of milk, 3 tbsp of sugar.
1. In a cup, mix the custard dry mix with the sugar and dissolve in a small portion of the 500 ml (1/2 liter) of milk.
2. Then heat the rest of the milk to boiling point. Add the content of the cup and let it boil until obtaining the desired texture, stirring contiuously.
3. Pour the custard into a platter or into small dishes and leave to cool.
