Dry mix for French pastry cream (custard cream). Cold preparation.

Branca de Neve Custard Cream Powder Mix
Ingredients: powdered sugar, starch, skimmed MILK powder, dextrose, sodium CMC, salt colours (E100, E160a(i), E150a, E120), flavourings, cinnamon.
May contain traces of cereals with gluten, soy, eggs and nuts (almonds).
Packaging: plastic sachet in a cardboard box
Net weight: 100 g
Store in a cool and dry place, away from direct light.
Once prepared, preserve in the refrigerator and consume within 48 hours.
Preparation:
Ingredients: 1 sachet of custard mix (100 g), 250 ml of cold water
Baking instructions:
1. In a bowl, add the cold water to the content the sachet.
2. Involve and whisk until obtaining the desired texture.
3. Stand for a few minutes before using.
