Coffee Mousse Mix

A quick and easy to prepare dessert, just add milk or water and you're done!
Branca de Neve Coffee Mousse Powder Mix.

Ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup, hydrogenated vegetable fat, emulsifiers (E471, E472a), stabilisers (E340, E452i, E516 and E450iii), MILK protein, skimmed MILK powder, cocoa, dried coffee extract (2,2%), corn starch, gelling agent (sodium alginate), salt, flavourings.

May contain traces of cereals with gluten, soy, almond and egg.

Store in a cool and dry place, away from direct light.

Instructions:
Ingredients: 1 sachet coffee mousse mix, 250 ml of milk or water.
1. In a bowl, add 250 ml of milk or water to the content of the sachet and mix.
2. Beat with an electric mixer on high speed for 3 minutes.
3. Pour the mousse into a bowl or individual dishes and leave in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
