Chocolate Mousse Mix

Experience the chocolate flavour with Branca de Neve Chocolate Mousse. 
A quick and easy to prepare dessert, just add milk or water and you're done!
Branca de Neve Chocolate Mousse Dry Mix

Ingredients: sugar, cocoa (14%), glucose syrup, hydrogenated vegetable fat, emulsifiers (E471, E472a), stabilisers (E340, E452i, E516 and E450iii), MILK protein, skimmed MILK powder, corn starch, gelling agent (sodium alginate), salt, flavourings. 

May contain traces of cereals with gluten, soy, almond and egg.

Packaging: paper sachet.
Net weight: 150g  Store in a cool and dry place, away from light.

Ingredients: 1 sachet chocolate mousse mix, 250ml of milk or water.
1. In a bowl, add 250ml of milk or water to the content of the sachet and mix.
2. Beat with an electric mixer on high speed for 3 minutes.
3. Pour the mousse into a bowl or individual dishes and leave in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
