Branca de Neve Whole Wheat Bread Flour Mix allows you to prepare a loaf of bread 100% whole wheat naturally rich in fiber. You can cook it on a machine bread or manually.

Ingredients: whole wheat flour, salt, dry yeast, malt flour, wheat gluten, anti-caking agent (E170), flour treatment agent: ascorbic acid, enzymes.
Contains gluten.
May contain traces of egg, sesame and dairy products.
Packaging: Paper baggie.

Store in a cool and dry place, away from direct light.
To prepare a bread with approximately 720g:
Machine preparation mode
1 - Place 300ml of tepid water on the vat´s machine and join the baggie content;
2 - Select the Basic bread programm.
Manual preparation mode
1 - Join the baggie content in a bowl, add 300ml of tepid water and manually knead (for about 10min) or with an electric mixer (for about 5min, medium velocity) till you have smooth dough.
2 - Cover and let the dough rest for about 45 min in a warm place.
3 - On a powdered flat area, knead slowly and form the bread to your delight. Place above the powdered roaster and flour the bread.
4 - Cover it with a drop cloth and let it leaven in a warm place till the dough duplicates its volume (for about 1h).
5 - Before you lead it to a pre-warmed oven (220ºc), do some incisions on the bread and cook it for about 35 minutes till it is golden.
