Branca de Neve Chocolate Ice Cream dry Mix
Ingredients: sugar, dextrose, vegetable fats (fully hydrogenated coconut and coconut), glucose syrup, emulsifiers (E471, E472b), MILK protein, cacao (13%), skimmed MILK powder, maltodextrin, stabilisers (E452i, E466), salt, flavouring.
May contain traces of cereals with gluten, soy, eggs and nuts (almonds).
Packaging: plastic sachet in a cardboard box
Net weight: 120 g
Store in a cool and dry place, away from direct light. Once prepared preserve in the freezer and consume within 48 hours.
Preparation:
Ingredients: 1 sachet of ice cream mix (120 g), 250 ml of ice cold milk Instructions:
1. In a bowl, add 250 ml of ice cold milk to the content of the sachet.
2. whisk with an electric mixer on low speed until combined. Then mix on high speed for 4 minutes.
3. Pour the ice cream into a bowl and leave in freezer until obtaining the desired texture (minimum 4 hours).
Remove from the freezer about 5 minutes before serving.
