Caramel Mousse Dry Mix 

Ingredients: sugar, palmkernel vegetable fat, glucose syrup, milk protein, emulsifiers (E471, E472a), maltodextrin, starch, gelling agent (sodium alginate), caramelized sugar (1,6%), salt, colour (E160a(i)), stabilisers (E340ii, E516, E450iii).

May contain traces of cereals with gluten, soy, eggs, milk products and nuts (almonds).

Store in a cool and dry place, away from direct light. Once prepared, preserve in the refrigerator and consume within 48 hours.

Instruction: In a bowls, add 250 ml of cold milk to the content of the sachet. 
Whisk with an electric mixer on low speed until combined. Then mix on high speed for 3 minutes.
Pour the mousse into bowls and leave in the refrigerator for about 2 hours before serving.
