Branca de Neve Tropical Fruit Flavour Mousse Dry Mix

Ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup, hydrogenated vegetable fat, emulsifiers (E471, E472a), stabilisers (E340, E452i, E516 and E450iii), MILK protein, skimmed MILK powder,  colours (E100, E150a, E120), corn starch, gelling agent (sodium alginate), acidity regulators (citric acid, tripotassium citrate), flavourings.

May contain traces of cereals with gluten, soy, almond and egg.

Store in a cool and dry place, away from light.

Ingredients: 1 sachet tropical fruit mousse mix, 250 ml of milk.
1. In a bowl, add 250 ml of milk to the content of the sachet and mix. 2. Beat with an electric mixer on high speed for 3 minutes.
3. Pour the mousse into a bowl or individual dishes and leave in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
