Branca de Neve Pancakes Powder Mix
Ingredients: WHEAT flour, sugar, raising agents (monocalcium phosphate, baking soda), salt.
May contain traces of eggs, soy, milk products and nuts (almonds).
Packaging: plastic sachet in a cardboard box
Net weight: 220 g
Store in a cool and dry place, away from direct light.
Preparation:
Ingredients: 1 sachet of pancakes mix (220 g), 350 ml milk at room temperature, 45 g melted margarine, 1 egg.
Baking instructions:
1. In a bowl, add the milk to the content the sachet. Add the melted margarine and the egg, whisk for 1 minute. Let the dough rest for 5 minutes.
2. Grease and heat a frying pan until it is quite hot. Pour a small amount of batter in the pan. Cook both sides until golden brown, turning once using a spatula.
3. Repeat with the remaining batter.
