

Lemon Bavaroise Mix
The Bavaroise Mix is a mixture of gelatin and mousse, with a firmer consistency, but is also fresh and creamy, which allows the preparation of desserts with excellent performance, it is easy to unmold, and is versatile family-size dessert.
It can be served plain or garnished with Branca de Neve Toppings. It can be used as a complement to other desserts such as cheesecake or charlotte.

Branca de Neve Lemon Bavaroise dry Mix
Ingredients: Dextrose, sugar, glucose syrup, vegetable fats
(palm kernel, fully hydrogenated palm kernel and coconut), emulsifiers (E471, E472a), MILK proteins, stabilisers (E340iii, E452i), gelatine, starch, acidity regulators (citric acid, tripotassium citrate), skimmed MILK powder, sodium CMC, flavouring, colour (E100

Store in a cool and dry place, away from direct light. Once prepared preserve in the refrigerator and consume within 48 hours.
Preparation:
Ingredients:1 sachet of bavaroise mix (145 g), 400 ml of milk
Instructions:
1. Dissolve the content of the sachet in 400 ml of milk.
2. Mix with an electric mixer, for 1 minute, on low speed. Then mix on high speed for 4 minutes.
3. Pour into a mould and leave in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours. Tu unmold dip the mould in hot water.
