Sponge Cake Mix

Branca de Neve Sponge Cake Powder Mix

Ingredients: sugar, WHEAT flour, corn starch, raising agents (disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate),  emulsifiers (E472b, E477), glucose syrup, SOY flour, stabilizer (E450), salt.

May contain traces of eggs, milk products and nuts (almonds).

Preparation:
Ingredients: 1 sachet of cake mix (435 g), 4 eggs, 2 tbsp milk (All ingredients should be at room temperature)
Baking instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 180ºC and grease a 24 cm tube cake tin.
2. In a bowl, add the eggs and milk to the cake mix. Whisk together with an electric mixer on low speed until combined. Then mix on high speed for 5 minutes. Pour into the cake tin.
3. Bake for about 30 minutes. Check if the cake is cooked, remove from the oven and turn it out after some minutes.
