Custard Cream Mix

Ingredients: corn starch, salt, colours (E100, E160a(i), E150a, E120), flavouring.

May contain traces of cereals with gluten, soy, almond, egg and milk products.

Packaging: paper sachet.
Net weight: 92 g e (4 x 23 g)

Store in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight.

Ingredients: 1 sachet custard mix, 3-4 tablespoons of sugar,  500 ml of milk.
1. In a cup, dissolve the contents of the sachet with 3 to 4 soupspoons of sugar in a small portion of the 500 ml of milk. 
2. Then heat the rest of the milk to boiling point. Add the contents of the cup and let it boil for about 1 minute, stirring continuously.
3. Pour the custard into a platter or into small dishes and leave to cool. Sprinkle with a little sugar and caramelise with a hot branding iron.
