Crepes Powder Mix

Ingredients: WHEAT flour, powdered EGG, maize starch, modified potato strach and salt.

Contains gluten and egg. 
May contain traces of soy, milk products and nuts (almonds)

Packaging: paper sachet
Net weight: 380 g (2x190 g)

Store in a cool and dry place, away from direct light.

Preparation:
Contains: 2 sachets of crepes mix Add (for 1 sachet): 500 ml milk at room temperature, 25 g melted margarine or 1 tbsp oil.
1. In a bowl, add 500 ml of milk to the content of one sachet. Add the margarine or oil and whisk for 1 minute.
 2. Grease and heat a non-stick 28 cm frying pan. When it's hot, pour a small amount of batter into pan, tilting to completely coat the surface of the pan. Cook both sides until golden brown, turning once using a spatula.
3. Repeat with the remaining batter.

Serving suggestion: serve the crepes folded or rolled with jam, jelly, honey and walnuts, cream, fruit in syrup or just  with sugar and cinnamon.
