Coffee Bavaroise Mix

The Bavaroise Mix is a mixture of gelatin and mousse, with a firmer consistency, but is also fresh and creamy, which allows the preparation of desserts with excellent performance, it is easy to unmold, and is versatile family-size dessert.

It can be served plain or garnished with Branca de Neve Toppings.
It can be used as a complement to other desserts such as cheesecake or charlotte.

Available in the varieties coffee, forest fruits and lemon.
Branca de Neve Coffee Bavaroise dry Mix

Ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup, vegetable fats (palm kernel, fully hydrogenated palm kernel and coconut), emulsifiers (E471, E472a),MILK proteins, stabilisers (E340ii, E452i), gelatine, dextrose, cocoa, modified starch, dried coffee extract (3%) skimmed MILK powder, salt, sodium CMC, flavourings.

May contain traces of cereals with gluten, soy, eggs and nuts (almonds).

Net weight: 145 g

Store in a cool and dry place, away from direct light. Once prepared preserve in the refrigerator and consume within 48 hours.

Preparation:
Ingredients: 1 sachet of bavaroise mix (145 g), 400 ml of milk
Instructions:
1. Dissolve the content of the sachet in 400 ml of milk.
2. Mix with an electric mixer, for 1 minute, on low speed. Then mix on high speed for 4 minutes.
3. Pour into a mould and leave in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours. To unmold dip the mould in hot water.
