Chocolate Custard Cream

A traditional dessert, fast and easy to prepare, with the Branca de Neve Custard Cream Mix.

Ingredients: sugar, corn starch, cocoa (8,2%), salt, flavouring.

May contain traces of cereals with gluten, eggs, soy, milk products and nuts (almonds).

Store in a cool and dry place, away from direct light.

Instructions:
Ingredients: 1 sachet custard mix (85 g), 500 ml of milk.
1. In a cup, dissolve the contents of the sachet in a small portion of the 500 ml of milk.
2. Heat the remaining milk to boiling point. Add the contents of the cup and let it boil for about 1 minute, stirring continuously.
3. Pour the custard into a platter or into small dishes and leave to cool.
